Refund and Cancellation Policy

💳 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Filta.ng services.


1. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Fees cover access, operations, and platform maintenance

  • No refunds for unused membership periods


2. Product Orders

  • Orders can only be cancelled before supplier confirmation

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)

  • Filta.ng is unable to source the product after confirmation

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.


4. Delivery Issues

  • Filta.ng is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics

  • Damages or losses must be reported immediately upon receipt


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on bank timelines.


6. No Cash Refunds

All refunds are processed via bank transfer only.
