How can I sign into my Filta.ng account?

You can easily sign into your Filta.ng account with your username and password. Click the login button at the top (main menu) of the website, then enter your username and password.

I dont remeber my password. What can I do?
Click the following link and enter your email or username to get a link for you to create a new password.

How can I change my password?

Changing your Filta.ng password is easy. Simply login to your account and click the link below.

How do I place an order on Filta.ng?
Finding an item, placing an order, and receiving your item is very easy on Filta.ng. Once you have found the item you want to buy, simply follow the steps below.

  • Buy Now
  • Next, check the quantity that you want.
  • Then proceed to checkout to make payment.
  • Select a payment method.
  • Finally, click place order.

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Once your payment is confirmed and your order begins processing, you can easily download your invoice from your My Account Page on Filta.ng and print it out for your use.

Your invoice will also be attached to the email we send to you when your order begins to process as well as when your order is completed.

How do I pay for an order?

To pay for an item on Filta.ng, please follow the following steps:

  • BUY NOW – Select the product (s) you want to buy, and click Buy Now. If you can’t find the item, you can use our search box, go to My Browsing History, or My Wishlist (if you have previously added the product to your Wishlist.
  • PROCEED TO CHECKOUT – Update and confirm the quantity you want to buy and click Proceed to Checkout.
  • SELECT METHOD OF PAYMENT – Select Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer if you will be paying into Filta Media Account. Otherwise, select Debit/Credit Card (Note that we currently accept cards domiciled in naira).
  • PLACE ORDER – Once everything is set, click “PLACE ORDER”. You will receive an email and SMS notification to confirm your order. If you are paying via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer, your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

 

How do I pay into your account? Can I pay through ATM Card?

You can pay online using your Mastercard, Visa Card, or Verve Card when you place an order. You may also pay by Bank Transfer/Deposit into our corporate bank account (Filta Media) above.

All card payments are processed using Paystack Secure Payment Processor.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our shipping partners in any of the 36 states in Nigeria. After you make your order, you will receive email and SMS to let you know how to pick up your order.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Our delivery timeline is 2 to 3 days after payment unless otherwise stated on the product page. If we will be able to deliver earlier than our normal delivery timeline, we would contact you.

Can I pickup my order at your office?

Yes, you can opt to pick up your order at the office. Simply add a note to your order about that and ensure you have made payments ahead of our 2 to 3 days delivery timeline.
