This policy outlines the terms for suppliers, vendors, and stores (“Vendors”) working with Filta.ng.


1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must:

  • Be legally operating businesses or producers

  • Supply genuine, quality products

  • Agree to transparent pricing

  • Be able to meet agreed delivery timelines


2. Pricing & Transparency

  • Vendors must provide true wholesale prices

  • Prices should reflect actual market conditions

  • Artificial inflation or hidden charges are not allowed

Filta.ng operates a low-margin, membership-based model, and vendor pricing must align with this structure.


3. Product Quality & Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Product quality and authenticity

  • Proper packaging where applicable

  • Accurate product descriptions

Filta.ng reserves the right to:

  • Reject substandard products

  • Suspend or terminate vendor relationships for repeated issues


4. Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must honor confirmed orders

  • Delays or shortages must be communicated immediately

  • Failure to fulfill orders consistently may result in removal


5. Payments

  • Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis

  • Filta.ng does not guarantee sales volume

  • Vendors are paid based on confirmed and completed transactions


6. Ethical Standards

Vendors must:

  • Operate honestly

  • Avoid exploitative practices

  • Respect farmers, buyers, and logistics partners


7. Termination of Partnership

Filta.ng reserves the right to terminate vendor relationships due to:

  • Pricing abuse

  • Poor quality

  • Repeated delivery failures

  • Breach of trust or ethics


8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in operations or regulations.
